Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at Short Circuit Comedy events, whether booked via our website, a third party ticket provider or any other method. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Tickets and Booking A non-refundable booking or transaction fee may apply to all tickets. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented for entry. We strongly recommend booking in advance as events may sell out and tickets may not be available on the door.

2. Entry and Admission All events are strictly 18+. Valid photo ID may be required and entry may be refused without ID with no refund given. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the show has started.

3. Seating and Venue Seating is typically unreserved unless otherwise stated. Guests may be seated with other parties, particularly at sold out events. Venue facilities, including bar service and parking, may be managed either by Short Circuit Comedy or the venue depending on the event location.

4. Show and Line up Line ups and show content may change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to changes in line up. Shows will go ahead as planned unless circumstances make it unsafe to do so.

5. Behaviour We want every guest and performer to enjoy the night. Please respect the comedians and other audience members. Talking during performances, shouting out or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone causing disruption may be asked to leave without refund.

6. Photography and Recording Filming or photography during the performance is not permitted.

7. Food and Drink Food and drink policies are set by the venue or event operator. External food or drink is not permitted.

8. Liability Short Circuit Comedy is responsible for the delivery of the comedy event. Responsibility for venue facilities, including service, food and drink, may vary depending on the event location.

9. Complaints Any issues on the night should be raised with venue staff at the time. Complaints relating to the comedy should be submitted by email within 48 hours of the event.

10. General CCTV may be in operation at venues. These terms may be updated from time to time. All bookings are final, so please ensure you are happy with these terms before purchasing tickets.
