Seating is usually unreserved unless stated otherwise. Our venues are set up theatre-style and every seat has a good view of the stage. If you are attending as a group, arrive together to sit together.

No, tickets can be shown on your phone. Please make sure you have your ticket ready on arrival.

Sometimes, but not always. Many of our shows sell out weeks in advance, so we strongly recommend booking ahead.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Line-ups can occasionally change due to TV, radio or touring commitments. If this happens, a suitable professional replacement will always be arranged. Refunds are not issued for line-up changes.

Late entry is not guaranteed once the show has started, so please arrive in good time.

No. We ask all guests to respect the comedians and other audience members. Talking, shouting out or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.

Smart casual is perfect. Come as you are and enjoy the night. There’s no dress code, however we love to see pople put on their glad rags!!
